Usability Testing and Bug Reports
Ensuring that your website or app presents itself as intended and provides an excellent user experience is crucial to your success to gaining daily traffic/usage. My comprehensive reports, screenshots, and screen recordings will give you a firsthand look at how you can further enhance user experiences and the usability of your work!
Note: I do not download or test apps that are not currently within the Apple App Store at this time. If this changes, I will update this status. All website requests must be for websites that are not harmful, illegal, and do not contain adult content.
Usability and Bug Report Packages
Basic Package
1 Task on a Website or Apple App $6
I will perform 1 task of your choosing on a website or Apple app using a Mac, iPhone, or iPad. A report on user experience, usability, any bug occurrences, and screenshots/screen recording will be included. A VPN connection to one country of your choosing while performing the task can be implemented per your request free of charge if you prefer. If website testing is requested, it will be performed using Safari.
One revision is included with this package and includes the following: A revision for wrong or incomplete task execution, screen recording upload errors, or other errors related to your initial order. Revision requests for tasks or items that were not requested within your initial order will not be included in this package and will require an additional purchase.
Platinum Package
2-5 Tasks on a Website or Apple App $35
I will perform 2-5 tasks of your choosing on a website or an Apple app using a Mac, iPhone, or iPad. A report on user experience, usability, any bug occurrences, and screenshots/screen recording will be included. Two VPN connections to two countries of your choosing while performing the tasks can be implemented per your request free of charge if you prefer. If website testing is requested, it will be performed across 2 browsers to ensure performance is optimal! (Safari and Chrome)
Two revisions are included with this package and includes the following: Revisions for wrong or incomplete task execution, screen recording upload errors, or other errors related to your initial order. Revision requests for tasks or items that were not requested within your initial order will not be included in this package and will require an additional purchase.
Gold Package
6-10 Tasks on a Website or Apple App $45
I will perform 6-10 tasks of your choosing on a website or Apple app using a Mac, iPhone, or iPad. A report on user experience, usability, any bug occurrences, and screenshots/screen recording will be included. Two VPN connections to two countries of your choosing while performing the tasks can be implemented per your request free of charge if you prefer. If website testing is requested, it will be performed across 3 browsers to ensure performance is optimal! (Safari, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge)
Three revisions are included with this package and includes the following: Revisions for wrong or incomplete task execution, screen recording upload errors, or other errors related to your initial order. Revision requests for tasks or items that were not requested within your initial order will not be included in this package and will require an additional purchase.
Across all three packages of my services, you will receive the following:

Quality, comprehensive reports detailing the usability of your website or app (e.g. navigation feasibility, suggestions for improvement, look/feel of the product). The report will state which device was utilized and all devices are always updated to the latest software.

Bug report detailing any bug occurrences if they occurred along with screenshots and/or screen recordings of the bugs.

A summary of my user experience detailing my first impressions of the website or app, whether it accomplishes what it was intended to, suggestions for improvements to make user experiences more user-friendly if necessary, etc.

Please provide detailed instructions for the task(s) that you wish for me to complete. Your instructions should include the link to your website or app along with a screenshot of it so I can ensure that I test the correct one.

If your test requires a step-by-step guide for me to follow, please include that within your instructions so that I can successfully complete your requested task(s). However, if you prefer for me to perform a usability test without knowing how to do the task ahead of time, that is perfectly fine too! For example, asking me to create an account on your website without providing me instructions on how to do so to test how easy/difficult the process is will be fine.

Please state which device you want your task(s) to be performed on (Mac, iPhone, or iPad). Only 1 device can be chosen. Additional devices can be purchased as extras. See below or the ‘Extras’ section for details.

I only test free apps and will not make any purchases on websites or applications.

Each package specifies the number of VPN connections included to a country of your choice. However, you may add an additional country connection for just $1 per country if needed.

If you would like to add an additional web browser to your test that is not included in the package you purchased, you may do so for $8. This includes the testing of your website within that browser, the report, and VPN of the country you chose within your package.

Every test is performed on the device of your choosing. If you prefer to have each task performed across all 3 devices (Mac, iPhone, and iPad), you may purchase that as an extra for $15.

Orders for Basic Packages typically take 1-2 business days. For Platinum and Gold Packages, orders can take up to 7 business days depending on your order requests. You will receive an estimated delivery date after submitting your order form. If you require a faster delivery date than the estimated delivery date provided to you, you may purchase Express Delivery as an extra. You may also request a specific delivery date in your order form to see if it is one that can be met.

FAQ
How long will it take to perform my test if I purchase extras?
Your package purchased will be delivered on the estimated delivery date provided to you after you have submitted your order form or sooner if the work is completed via your email address used in the order form. You have the option to purchase an express delivery if the estimated delivery time is not as soon as you'd like it to be. Any additional extras purchased and added on to your original order can take up to an additional 7 days and is dependent on the number of tasks required for your package purchased.
I do not see what I need in your packages. What should I do?

I will complete two-five Google Forms of your choosing fully customized with the information, media, logos, images, etc. you provide for up to 100 items or questions. Your types of forms do not have to be identical (e.g. one can be a job application and the others can be various different types of forms).
One revision per form is included with this package and includes the following: Corrections for misspelling, grammatical errors, misplacement of logos/media, or work missing that was requested within your initial order instructions. Revision requests for tasks or items that were not requested within your initial order will not be included in this package and will require an additional purchase.

Forms that are stylized by color theme and template of your choosing (e.g. survey, assessment, quiz, questionnaire, event registration, job application, etc.) via Google Forms.

Customized questions and/or items throughout the form per your request to include your company's logo, header, and media files.

Full ownership of your form(s) which will grant you access to all sharing permissions such as an HTML link, social media sharing, email links, etc.

Have all responses of your forms downloadable into Google spreadsheets or .csv format
What I Need From You:

Complete instructions and a document (Word, Google Docs, or PDF) that includes full details of everything you need to be included in your form(s). Your instructions should detail specifics regarding which questions you want logos, media files, etc. attached to. If you wish to have specific formatting for a question or item, your instructions must detail that as well.

A statement of which type of form(s) you are requesting along with any color requests you wish to make if any.

Ownership of the forms will be transferred to you once you have accepted the form as completed and no further revisions are needed. I will no longer be able to work on forms once ownership is transferred, which is why I wait to transfer the ownership until revisions are completed.

Revisions for forms are provided ONLY for misspelling, grammatical errors, or work missing that was requested within your initial order instructions. Any additional requests that were not made within your initial order can be added as an extra and you will be provided a new estimated delivery time of completion. It is not included in your revisions.

Can packages be customized?
Packages are set and sold as is based on the recommended bundles and pricing. Extras may be purchased at $1 for every question added to each form(s) if you do not wish to purchase the next package above your current package. If you have additional customization questions, please contact me.
How do I gain ownership of my form(s)?
When your order is submitted to you for your review, a link to your form(s) will be provided that will take you directly to your form(s) in Google Forms. You will be able to view them and determine if any revisions are necessary. Once the form(s) are approved by you, I will transfer full ownership to you in Google Forms. Note: I will not have any access to the form(s) once this transfer of ownership is made. If additional features are requested to be added to your form(s) after ownership is transferred, you will need to add me as a collaborator so that edits can be made.
I cannot view my form(s) using the link provided by DIO in the order submitted to me. What should I do?
The link is designed to be opened by users without needing to be signed in to a Google account. Please try using a different browser or turning your incognito feature off if it is enabled to determine if that is a solution. If you continue to have difficulty viewing your form(s), please reach out to me so that a different link or submission method can be tried so that you may have access to your form(s).
